The location of the property was amazing and marvellous, in front of the sea. The double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was luxurious with view.

Infinity pool with scenic views was fantastic.

The service at reception was underwhelming and slow. We faced a significant delay when we reported issues with our room lock, and even after multiple reminders, no one came to fix it promptly. The room cleaning was inconsistent. We often received different towel sets and basic supplies were frequently missing.

There were spacious and quiet rooms with comfy beds, breathtaking views and balconies. The atmosphere created was family. The service was excellent and the pool was amazing. The location offered was very pretty and amazing close enough to a beach, the Mandarine restaurant and boats and helicopter rides. It also was in front of the sea.

Our double room was more than luxurious. It had lots of facilities, including an iron/ironing board, an electronic key card, and a work desk etc. The location was perfect and magnificent and the services were EXCELLENT.

A Perfect Escape with Fine Sea Views

During our stay. Breakfast on the terrace was a highlight, with a amazing sea view. Our sea view room was immaculate, and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Don't miss the party at the rooftop bar-it was lovely!

The views from my room were amazing, with the azure waters of the Ionian Sea stretching out before me. Every sunrise was a painting come to life- a sight I can't forget! The dining experience at the Mandarine Restaurant was equally fine, where I indulged in flavorful dishes made with local ingredients- a delight for my taste buds!

We had an amazing stay! The food was delicious, especially at the Mandarin Restaurant, and the amazing views from our room were a highlight. I loved the vibrant lounge bar atmosphere too!

Spacious layout in the Beautiful Family Suite offered room for everyone. The artistic design of the common areas provided a refreshing aesthetic.

The hotel had quite a few bumps that could be an annoyance, particularly with its lack of a fully functioning spa which left some amenities unavailable. Parking was a hassle, and the pool wasn't heated, which might deter those looking for a warm dip this early in the season. Reports of food service being uncoordinated and some dishes arriving late could turn a meal into a drawn-out affair.

Lovely Views and Perfect Service

The amazing view of the Ionian Sea from my room was fine. I was consistently impressed by the level of service. The staff were attentive. The dining experience was great as well, with a breakfast buffet that included fresh pastries and delicious local dishes.
